Following a recent death in the family, the house in the family trust sold immediately so we needed to clear things out rather quickly.  It was an emotional time for us and Eileen and Kristine went way above and beyond the call of duty helping with EVERYTHING.  They are both extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and extremely generous with their time! The buyer was out of state and was equally impressed with their ability and willingness to promptly handle each "hurdle" that came along during escrow.
