My brother and I hired Home North County to manage our rental property in Oceanside after meeting with a number of management companies in the area. Eileen was recommended by a local contractor, and when we met her, we knew she was the right person for us. She clearly knew the ins-and-outs of the rental business, and assured us that she would take care of everything. She thoroughly screened the applicants, and found us wonderful tenants. She was quick to respond to any maintenance issues that came up, making a point of finding economical solutions, and letting us know the range of options available.
